At first it was really romantic and comedy but something felt off because it was too good to be true… then the plot twist happened which me had so shocked that I was questioning my entire existence! The story is really good, it has perfect pacing and it also has really beautiful art style. This was my first Webtoon I read when I installed the app and damn I was so impressed by it! Plus I am really glad that this was my first Webtoon. Don’t worry, It has a happy + hopeful open ending for each and every character! Totally worth the read and highly recommended!!

If you are looking for fun, exciting, mystery solving, short yet wholesome Webtoon to read then let me tell you that this Webtoon is it! It’s a short Webtoon but there are so many stories, emotions and relationships tied up so well together that it will make your heart feel content! Plus, who doesn’t love a secret savior that makes your life a little bit adventurous?! It also has a happy open ending which will make you want to know more but will also make you happy with the character’s current environment!

When I first read this, I felt really weird because of its unique art style. The story is really realistic with the spice of magic! Though you might feel confused at times but trust me you’ll have a good ride if you hold on! This Webtoon displays deep thoughts and life in general so well… it also has a very realistic and satisfactory ending though you might question yourself if it’s all real magic or just an illusion. By the way, the drama adaption of this Webtoon is also very well done! You should definitely give this Webtoon and the drama a try!

 

HER BUCKET LIST by Yellow Sheep/ So-P

This Webtoon’s story is so well written that you might actually feel very much connected to it. I love how it gives an in-depth view about people’s despair, their hardships, suicidal thoughts, depression, social anxiety, sadness in general and break ups. This Webtoon will definitely make you feel so understood that you might shed a tear or two. It has each character’s different storylines, their disputes, their bonds with each other and their perspective on life. It also has character development which will make you feel proud as well! Plus you would surely want to witness that happy ending right…? (You can say a hopeful ending!><)  

 

DATING WITH A TAIL by Jinha/ Hepon

Genre: Romance, Chapters: 56 + 4 Spin-Off Eps

This Webtoon has a very unique story and at first it is really fun to see the female lead struggle with her scent, then the story goes deep about the fox and woodcutter’s story… it is really interesting to discover all the male characters she encounters and the climax to find the real woodcutter is INTENSE! (Warning! A lot of second hand embarrassment will be felt along her journey!) Though after everything is sorted, it can get a little bit slow paced and boring but still it is worth the read as you’ll always be excited to read the next chapter!

 

OUR BELOVED SUMMER by Han Kyoung Chal/ Lee Naeun

Genre: Romance, Chapters: 20

The art style of this Webtoon is really impressive and smooth (?)! The story is basically about a topper student paired up with a back bencher for a documentary. At first they are enemies because of their polar opposite personalities but little by little they warm up to each other! This Webtoon is so comedy, light, heartfelt and you will witness a little character development too! This Webtoon is perfectly paced with loving perspective and you might actually feel like you are a part of their world! Plus it has a happy ending! (By the way, this Webtoon has a drama adaption as well so if you want you can check it out too!)

 

THE FIRST NIGHT WITH THE DUKE by MSG

Genre: Romance & Fantasy, Chapters: 84 + 18 Spin-Off Eps + Afterword

Words cannot explain how much I love this Webtoon! It’s a really interesting concept to see how the female lead becomes a side character of her favorite novel and then she realizes how big of a mistake she has made because Duke Zeronis (male lead of the novel) now wants to marry her and not the actual female lead (of the novel)! This Webtoon has so much comedy as Ripley struggles with Duke Zeronis but also working to change her fate. On her journey you’ll get to notice that she makes a lot of friends, accepts herself and unwind a lot of plot twists! Her personal maid is just so realistic >< and Duke Zeronis is just THE standard I swear! Towards the end Ripley has a lot of self-realization and voila! A happy ending after a plot twist! I highly recommend this Webtoon! You’ll feel so connected to it!

 

BACK TO YOU by Honey B

Genre: Drama, Chapters: Prologue + 109 + 5 Spin-Off Eps + Afterword

This Webtoon is a about a girl who ‘accidentally’ goes back in time and realizes that she could actually meet her crush again (who she loved so dearly). This Webtoon is really well and realistically written! You might get frustrated with some of the characters but it’s really captivating! There are a lot of character development and so many plot twists that’ll quiet down all the theories! It has an open ending as well… what do you think? Will their fate change or is destiny too cruel for them?

 

MAYA’S WORLD by Tupaikidal

Genre: Drama, Chapters: Prologue + 92 + Epilogue

The prequel of this Webtoon is ‘Laras’ Heart’ which tells us the story about Maya, Tara, Radi, Laras & Nathan in their high school years. ‘Maya’s World’ is solely based on Maya after high school ends. It’s basically Maya’s journey to understanding different emotions and different situations of her life while also understanding the concept of loving herself and her love towards Radi. This Webtoon shows reality which is inevitable to every human. It’s a really good story with and hopeful ending. Not everyone will love it but it sure is a good read!

 

ROMANCE 101 by Namsoo

Genre: Romance, Chapters: 152 + 6 Spin-Off Eps + Afterword

This Webtoon is about a girl named Bareum who is a near perfect girl, plans everything and is a perfectionist but then she suddenly realizes that one thing she haven’t planned yet is dating. I really love the cute, beautiful and funny art style of this Webtoon is as the story progresses with each characters personality’s being so diverse and funny! There is a lot of self-realization and values in this Webtoon with each character tied up with each other so well and there is also character development to look forward too! Some episode can feel kind of filler and boring but it is so fun to read plus it has a happy ending. This Webtoon is worth giving a try and you’ll definitely fall in love with the OSTs as well!
